Spine Stretch Forward

The Spine Stretch Forward is a fundamental Pilates exercise that primarily targets the flexibility and mobility of the spine. This is excellent for improving spinal flexibility, enhancing posture, and stretching the muscles of the back and hamstrings. It also promotes core strength and control.
