Leg Circles - 4 point kneeling

Leg circles are a classic Pilates exercise that targets the core, hip flexors, and outer thighs while promoting flexibility and control. Leg circles help improve hip mobility, strengthen the core, and tone the muscles of the legs and buttocks. Variations can be introduced to increase the challenge or modify the exercise to suit different fitness levels.
